SPEED
All structural components-floors, walls, roof-are factory built. Demolition of your existing roof is done on the first day of the project. Prebuilt components are then shipped to your home and installed in a few hours. The roof is shingled the next day, and your home is ready for interior finishing.
In some cases it is not possible to use our modular system of building, since the site might not be accessible for crane installation. We will, in that case, send a larger crew in order to minimize the time of building. It might take just a few days longer than our advertized 3-day installation
FLEXIBILITY
You can make a decision of either choosing one of our Pre Designed models or build your own-custom designed addition
Our unique Modular system features a selection of 36 predesigned models of exterior walls, roof styles, and dormers, plus a huge variety of design details. You can work with our experts to design your addition or you can do it alone at home. In only minutes, we will show you the look and cost of your addition that meets your needs and respects your budget. These Pre Designed models are more affordable and the quickest way of obtaining the space that you need. You will be paying half of the design fees, and less for construction itself since all details are worked out and made in a way to minimize the production and installation times.
Custom designed homes, of course, will take more time and attention since we make sure all the details and all possibilities are taken into consideration. We make sure that once you have your final quote there are no more surprises down the road.
